International Recruiters Day 2026

While technology and AI have transformed how we recruit, the fundamentals remain unchanged. Recruiters continue to be the knowledge leaders of the labor markets and that will never change. At the heart of every successful placement is a human connection.

Today’s recruiters face unprecedented challenges, global skills shortages, geopolitical uncertainty, and instability with rapid shifting workforce demands. Yet time and time again, they rise stronger, adaptable, resilient and solution focused.  Recruiters are at the forefront of the labor market, creating opportunities for candidates, delivering value for clients and building the relationships and networks that shape the future of work.

On Thursday 9th of April , we will celebrate Irish recruiters at Talentcon 2026, taking place at the Clayton Burlington Hotel Dublin. This annual conference brings together recruiters, HR leaders and business professionals for a day of inspiring keynote speakers, expert panel discussions, interactive round tables, and practical masterclasses, all designed to expand your know and elevate your knowledge and recruitment toolkit.

Join us! There are still a small number of tickets available.
